At ETQ Amsterdam, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your return is initiated within this window to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original ETQ shoebox and secure them in a durable shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
